The workshop will explore and demonstrate how the new library service model empowers students and staff to benefit from the adoption of new technologies and tools.

We will highlight the following changes and implementations: - New, more welcoming spaces - Extended opening hours - Self-service (RFID) technology

We will demonstrate the new e-resources: - Summon, the new google style gateway to e-resources - Lynda.com
