Abstract

A workshop that demonstrates how to explore team base collaboration, learning by doing and importance of reflection. You will experience complexity in teams and how it is to work in groups where no one person has the answer and get an insight into the way we explore and lead learning at the kaospilot.

This is an excellent activity to illustrate the concept of cooperation within teams, the importance of having clear communications and leading from any “chair” in solving problems that need a cross disciplinary solution. This method will be shared and can be adapted to fit any subject to practice the importance of learning by doing, shared experiences and reflection as core tools for greater interpersonal and interpersonal student growth.
