Abstract

UAL Creative Mindsets aims to develop growth mindsets in both students and staff to address the self-limiting effects of stereotype threat and implicit bias. This talk will explore stereotype threat; what it is, how it impacts student attainment and what we can do to alleviate it to improve well-being.
