Sonic Futures: intersecting critical pedagogies, music and gardening to promote students' active participation and wellbeing
Abstract
This talk reflects on the preliminary findings of a series of workshops conducted in South London with Master students and staff from LCC, external guests and a community organisation (May Project) that promotes wellbeing through Hip Hop and gardening. This pilot project thus aims to promote knowledge exchange, critical thinking and psycho-physical wellbeing through multimodal and multimedia activities in different areas of South London.
