Sensory-Political Pedagogies through Data Walking
This session takes the form of a distributed data-walk activity and paper presentation.
For the activity, participants will be given a set of interactive psychogeographical prompts (walking, finding certain technologies, listen to their affective responses, move in certain ways) for a collective and curated data-walk. In the subsequent talk we will present our pedagogical concept for a planned week-long intensive course that explores “data walking” through London as a methodological approach for students of creative computing and other academic disciplines.
