It's undeniable that there's a rise in mental health crises in youth and young adults here in the UK. What can we do, as an educator, who see students on a regular basis? Would it be sufficient just to signpost them to the mental health team when there's a considerable waiting time and a global shortage of resources? If not, in what capacity can we carry this type of work when ‘our glass is beyond full’?
