Intercultural Communication Across Courses
After a recent series of sessions with CSM’s Culture & Enterprise programme, Adam Ramejkis (Intercultural Communication) and Eleanor Beckman (MA student/participant) will offer reflections on the emergent networks of knowledges and communications that arose from the non-hierarchical, trans-disciplinary approach adopted.
Advocating for the #valueofdifference, we explored various themes (different cultures, identities, intercultural competencies, collaboration, values), hoping to arrive at foundations of shared understanding - or, at least, shared appreciation of difference.
After a brief overview of the sessions, we will run a mini-workshop to consider how a non-hierarchical, interactive approach can promote considered and considerate communication across disciplines at UAL.
