Since April 2020 LCC has been employing students as Changemakers , Climate Advocates and Digital Champions to work in partnership with staff on making change towards UALs urgent agendas around Racial, Social and Climate Justice.

All three initiatives have evolved with an increasing focus on quality assurance processes as a key opportunity to embed our agendas. There is a danger, however of competing agendas and too many voices. With the introduction of these student change agents across UAL there is the opportunity to connect and form new partnerships ensuring our agendas are embedded in a connected way.
