Mapping your process: using concept mapping to facilitate student reflection on the research process

This talk presents a recent collaboration between Language Development and three courses at CSM. Students were asked to engage in producing wall-based concept maps of their recent research. Through doing so, they became aware of new insights into the intersection of their practices, developed their ability to articulate the narrative arc of their research, and identified areas of their practice that had the potential for development.
