The conversation brings together leads from across areas of delivery to discuss activities linked to welcome and belonging including:
Staff engagement- leading forums, exploring motivators, socialising interventions, supporting clear and timely communications.
The development of staff facing guides embedding baseline expectations to enable parity of the learning experience in shared units.
Amplifying the student voice- focus groups, podcasts, survey data, employing students as climate advocates & change-makers, pre-arrival survey, exploring different ways that conversations with students have provided data to improve attainment & progression. The event will draw on CCW case studies and reference inclusive research across the sector.
