Happy Teachers = Happy Students. Inspired by Sarah Polley’s film and screenplay, Women Talking, this is a safe (and brave) space for us to discuss our experience over 2022/2023 academic year in response to Staff Pulse Survey 4. This may include areas of working environment, leadership, Accountability Framework, and our roles here at UAL. I will base our conversation and activities on affective neuroscience theories as well as key approach to art psychotherapy to ground the discussion.
