Facing Climate Fears: Cultivating Eco-Resilience at UAL
Facing Climate Fears is a UAL research project that deepens our understanding of the complex psychology of climate change. To fully comprehend the threats we face, we need to be willing to continually seek uncomfortable truths about our work at UAL, our lives, and who we are. In this session, we will look at the significance of denial, disavowal, anxiety, grief and loss in the context of the lived experiences of our staff and students. Critically, we also provide strategies of resilience, support and community-building in the form of a toolkit for those engaging in climate work.
