Addressing Systemic Racism - Concerning non-white faculty staff in non-teaching roles at UAL
Systemic racism exists in the workplace, specifically for non-white faculty staff in non-teaching roles at the University of the Arts London (UAL). It is important to actively address this issue to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
My research findings provide evidence of the existence and the impact of systemic racism, as well as proposing strategies and solutions for addressing it. My key message therefore is that it is necessary to acknowledge the existence of systemic racism and take concrete steps to address it, to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace for all staff members at UAL.
