How do (performance) students engage with library research?

This paper will cover the research findings from my MA Research Project, which investigated how performance students relate to information literacy. Although the research was focused on performance students, many of the findings will have relevance across all art design and communication subject areas. The session will look at issues facing UAL students in engaging with library research and suggest areas for consideration to help students overcome these issues. Areas covered include:
