Sounding the Margins - A Teaching, Research & Knowledge Exchange Project

"Sounding the Margins" is a project currently underway which takes place within BA Fine Art Unit 7 (Studio Practice, Cross-pathway and External Projects). It offers a small group of students a chance to explore three London archives with a sonic approach, researching and developing work in response to histories of activism, protest and collective practice. They will develop their own interests and find a sonic output for it. This work will be curated in to a radio programme for broadcast. The project strives towards an enriching interplay between Teaching, Research & Knowledge Exchange for student learning.
